Visitor Management on the Mobile App

Inviting and keeping track of visitors is now easier than ever!

Visitor Management users can use the Eden mobile app to invite guests and manage visitor reservations. They can also track visitors, see if they completed check in requirements, and re-invite them, all through the app (v. 1.8.0 on iOS and v. 1.9.0 on Android). Learn more here.

Multi-Party Guest Arrival Notifications

We’ve heard your feedback - we’ve added the ability to notify multiple parties when a guest arrives at your office. When the visitor signs in, hosts and other designated users can now be notified with an alert.

Notifications are available through email, Slack, Teams, and SMS depending on your subscription. Learn more here.

👀 Sneak Peak: Desk Booking by the Hour

Product: Desk Booking

Get the most out of your space with hourly Desk Booking. Your users can now make reservations for exactly the hours they need them and free up the space for others to book during the hours they don’t. This feature is perfect for employees who spend a lot of time in meetings or come onsite for only short periods of time. No need to worry about desks sitting empty anymore!

Hourly Desk Booking is available to all users, regardless of subscription level, and will be live in early April. More info coming soon.

🎆 What Else is New in March

Check out what else went live in March:

  • Save temperature and location preferences: The Eden dashboard now remembers your last selected location and temperature preferences for future logins. This is available on the web dashboard today and coming soon to mobile.
  • Updated SSO: We’ve updated our integrations with Azure, Okta, and Google SAML to improve performance and make setup easier.

  • Advanced Analytics that include Drop In and Desk Reservations as well as reservation data per employee
  • Homepage revamp with a newer, sleeker design to help streamline your access to the most important information
  • Geofencing so your team can auto-check in via the mobile app
  • Automated Slack statuses based on your team’s Eden reservation details
